We want you to love what you order from Hobbiter. If something isn't right, we're happy to help — please read below for details on our return and refund process.

Return Window

You may request a return within [30] days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, please contact us first — do not ship items back without prior authorization.

Cosmetics & Skincare — Hygiene Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any product once its box or packaging has been opened. This applies to all cosmetics and skincare items without exception.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unopened, unused, and in original, sealed packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Returns of opened, used, or unsealed products will not be accepted or refunded under any circumstances.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at customercare@hobbiter.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will walk you through the process, including whether the item should be shipped back and to which address.

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer or without first receiving return instructions from us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within [7] days of delivery at customercare@hobbiter.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of a Hobbiter error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds

International Returns
