These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of hobbiter.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through the Site, operated by Hobbiter ("Hobbiter," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 8352 Clairemont Mesa Blvd., Suite A, San Diego, CA 92111. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement. This Site is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under 13.
2. Products & Descriptions
We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing our products, including ingredients and intended use. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Our products are cosmetics intended for topical, cosmetic use only. 3. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or discontinue any product at our discretion. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processors through Shopify's checkout system; we do not store your full payment card details.
5. Shipping & Returns
Shipping and return terms are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Account Registration
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at customercare@hobbiter.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and the Hobbiter name and marks — is the property of Hobbiter or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
