Refund Policy

We want you to love what you order from Hobbiter. If something isn't right, we're happy to help — please read below for details on our return and refund process.

Return Window

You may request a return within [30] days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, please contact us first — do not ship items back without prior authorization.

Cosmetics & Skincare — Hygiene Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any product once its box or packaging has been opened. This applies to all cosmetics and skincare items without exception.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unopened, unused, and in original, sealed packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Returns of opened, used, or unsealed products will not be accepted or refunded under any circumstances.

How to Start a Return

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer or without first receiving return instructions from us.

Refunds
